Separate, but integrated
Each division of AkukhanYa is a separate entity, but yet integrated in some way in all the training programmes.
What do we mean? How can the divisions be separate and still be integrated?

AkukhanYa
AkukhanYa is the division that supports the clients with information on learnerships, bursaries, internships, workplace skills plans, B-BBEE Scorecard, coaching & mentoring and support of the HRD of the organisation.
AkukhanYa is the legal entity and
training support for HRD, while the other divisions are the training or
support to the training programmes.

iVictorY! @A
iVictory! focus on AET (previously known as ABET) programmes, as well as the Foundational learning Competency (FLC) programmes.
iVictorY! is NOT only literacy & numeracy, it is about all the programmes available under the Umalusi NQF 1 banner. it is much more than language & maths. While FLC focus on NQF 2-4 Literacy & Numeracy
Fu-Za @A
Fu-Za links up with the literacy & numeracy of iVictorY!, the IT & technology of T-Man techno, the community project of Grumba Festivals and the community (social) outreach under Jireh Fountain.
Fu-Za is an offsite and onsite training solution, it is learnerships & qualifications, it is skills programmes and entrepreneurial empowerment.
Ali's Travels @A
Ali's Travels is the magic that lift al the programmes out of the ordinary and same into the extraordinary and different.
Ali & Bella take the learners on a journey around space and the world. They discover countries and cultures, religions and governance, music and art, museums and sports, diversity and heritage, conservation & more.T-Man techno
T-Man Techno is about IT, Computers, modern technology and apps.
